Important Information regarding Convocation 2025:

1. Gate Pass has been emailed by CoE office to all the students who have registered for attending the Convocation Ceremony on 23 July, 2025. Please bring a printout of the Gate Pass along with a valid Government ID for entry on the Convocation day.
2. Students who could not register earlier (using the Google form) are allowed to attend the degree distribution function from 3:00 PM onwards on 23 July, 2025. No Gate pass will be required for entry to degree distribution ceremony.
