Internal Sliding of REAP/LEEP 2026 Admitted Students

All the interested students of B.Tech./B.Plan. First Year and Lateral Entry, who have been allotted seat through REAP-2026/LEEP-2026 and are willing to change their currently allotted branch amongst the provisionally admitted students in B.Tech./B.Plan. First Year and Lateral Entry respectively on the basis of REAP/LEEP Merit / Diploma Marks (as per instruction booklet), are hereby notified to fill the application form for internal sliding before or upto 12.08.2026 05:00 PM as per instructions given below:

1. Go to Student Portal (https://student.onfees.com) and login. If you don’t have a password, please use the Forgot password option to set a new password.
2. Click on Applications > Click on “Apply” button > Choose Application Type:
   “Internal Sliding Form”.
3. Fill the application form, choose correct preferences and submit.
4. Wait for upto 15 minutes for verification of your application by Online team. Once verified, the status will change to “Submitted” and you will be able to download PDF of the application. If your application is not verified within 15 minutes, please call on 99691-90773.
5. Keep the final PDF with you for later reference. No need to submit a hard copy at the Admission Cell.

Please note the following before applying for internal sliding:

1.     Only students who have completed the physical reporting at MBM University will be able to apply online.

2.     Fill your preferences carefully. Application to the internal sliding round is irreversible. Once a new branch is allotted through internal sliding, no application will be considered to revert to the old branch.

3.     Available Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) seats will be allotted to eligible candidates during internal sliding on pure merit amongst applied candidates. No need to apply separately.

4.     If a student wishes to be considered only for TFWS seat in his/her existing branch, the student has to apply for internal sliding and choose only one preference i.e. his/her existing branch.

5.     Reservation policy as per REAP/LEEP/Government rules shall be followed during allotment of seats through internal sliding.

6.  If a student does not choose his/her existing branch in the preference list, the existing branch will be automatically added at the end of the chosen preference list. 

7.  Please note which branches offer Self-Financed (SFS) / Govt. Aided Seats (GAS) before applying - Click here to see list. If your branch changes from GAS to SFS, the additional fees (if any) has to be paid Online within a given timeline as per university rules. Alternatively, if your branch changes from SFS to GAS, any extra fee shall be adjusted in the second semester fee.
