Physical Reporting Instructions for REAP (B.Tech./B.Plan.) 2026

All the candidates who have been allotted a seat in B.Tech./B.Plan. First Year at MBM University through REAP 2026 are required to report at Auditorium Hall, MBM University along with their parents/guardians as per following preferable schedule between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. It is advised to fill online admission form before visiting University campus.

Note: Form will become active for candidates whose seats have been finalized in Rounds 1-7 on 07.08.2026 (by 2:00 PM). For students who have applied for upward movement in Round 6-7 or gets seat allotted in Round 8, form will become active after final lists are released by REAP 2026 on 08.08.2026.

* Out of Rajasthan / KM candidates are not allowed to report now as per REAP schedule.

Note: Candidates who report on dates other than dates given in schedule above will be allowed to report after 2:00 PM only. It is advised to follow schedule to avoid overcrowding and inconvenience. 

Please bring two copies of admission form and receipt along with the following original documents and 2 self-attested sets of photocopies mandatorily during reporting:

1. REAP 2026 Seat Allotment Letter
2. REAP 2026 Application-cum-Registration Form (final, with choices)
3. REAP 2026 Seat allocation fee receipt 
4. Class 10 (Secondary) Marksheet
5. Class 12 (Senior Secondary) Marksheet
6. Class 12 migration certificate
7. Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan (mandatory)
8. Category Certificate - Issued for Rajasthan posts
   Mandatory even if Open category seat is allotted but candidate has selected a reserved category in admission form so that candidate’s eligibility can be ensured for internal sliding and other category-specific provisions. 
1. OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate should not be older than 1 Year from last date of application for REAP 2026. If older than one year, an undertaking should be submitted as per state government guidelines. Oldest allowed up to three years (even with undertaking).
2. If EWS certificate is not issued for the FY 2026-27, submit an affidavit in the required format. Oldest allowed up to 2024-25 (even with affidavit).
9. JEE (Mains) Score Card (mandatory if JEE percentile is more than 20)
10. Medical Fitness Certificate as per REAP-2026 format
11. Parent Income Certificate in REAP-2026 format (if applicable)
12. Sports quota certificate(s) and undertaking (duly notarized) in REAP-2026 format given in instruction booklet. (if applicable) (Can be downloaded from this link https://api.mbm.ac.in/assets/39b132b3-1faf-46be-bed5-4c50cf659254)
13. Character certificate and transfer certificate from last attended school
14. Two passport-size photographs
15. For PWD candidates: UDID card (if applicable); PWD candidates have to submit a suitability certificate issued by National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSC-DA), Jaipur as per RMCAAP 2026 instruction booklet
16. For EXS candidates: A valid dependent certificate issued by the Zila Sainik Welfare Board, Directorate of Sainik Welfare, or a competent military unit office

• जिन अभ्यर्थियों की सीटें राउंड 1-7 में अंतिम रूप से तय हो चुकी हैं, उनके लिए फॉर्म 07.08.2026 को (दोपहर 2:00 बजे तक) सक्रिय हो जाएगा। जिन छात्रों ने राउंड 6-7 में अपवर्ड मूवमेंट के लिए आवेदन किया है या जिन्हें राउंड 8 में सीट आवंटित की गई है, उनके लिए फॉर्म REAP 2026 द्वारा 08.08.2026 को अंतिम सूची जारी होने के बाद सक्रिय होगा।

• REAP 2026 कार्यक्रम के अनुसार राजस्थान से बाहर (Out of Rajasthan) / KM श्रेणियों के अभ्यर्थियों को अभी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने की अनुमति नहीं है।

• जो अभ्यर्थी ऊपर दिए गए कार्यक्रम के अलावा अन्य तिथियों पर रिपोर्ट करते हैं, उन्हें केवल दोपहर 2:00 बजे के बाद ही उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। भीड़भाड़ और असुविधा से बचने के लिए दिए गए कार्यक्रम का पालन करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

रिपोर्टिंग के दौरान कृपया ऊपर दिए गए मूल दस्तावेजों और 2 स्व-सत्यापित (self-attested) फोटोकॉपी सेट के साथ प्रवेश फॉर्म और रसीद की दो प्रतियां अनिवार्य रूप से साथ लाएं ।
