All the candidates who have been allotted a seat at MBM University in above mentioned round through REAP-2026 are required to report at 85 Seminar Hall along with their parents as per following preferred schedule:

20-07-2026 to 22-07-2026             Candidates residing in Rajasthan
23-07-2026 to 25-07-2026             Candidates residing out of Rajasthan
Reporting Timings:                        9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Please bring following original documents and 2 self-attested sets of photocopies mandatorily during reporting:

1. REAP-2026 Seat Allotment Letter
2. REAP-2026 Application-cum-Registration Form (final, with choices)
3. REAP – 2026 Seat allocation fee receipt (of Rs.10,000)
4. Class 10 (Secondary) Marksheet
5. Class 12 (Senior Secondary) Marksheet
6. Migration Certificate of Class 12
7. Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan (if applicable)
8. Category Certificate - Issued by Government of Rajasthan
   Mandatory even if Open category seat is allotted but candidate has selected a reserved category in form so that that candidate’s eligibility can be ensured for other category-specific provisions.
   1. OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate should not be older than 1 Year from last date of application for REAP 2026. If older than one year, an undertaking should be submitted as per state government guidelines.
   2. If EWS certificate is not issued for the FY 2026-27, submit an affidavit in the required format. Oldest allowed up to 2024-25 (even with affidavit).
9. JEE (Mains) Exam 2026 Score Card (mandatory if seat allotted as per JEE Merit)
10. Medical Fitness Certificate as per REAP-2026 format
11. Parent Income Certificate in REAP 2026 format (if applicable)
    Mandatory if family income is selected as below 8 Lakhs, even if TFWS/EWS seat is not allotted, to ensure eligibility for TFWS seat in internal sliding round.
12. Sports quota certificate(s) and undertaking (duly notarized) in REAP 2026 format given in instruction booklet. (if applicable)

13. Character certificate and transfer certificate from last attended school
14. For PWD candidates: UDID card (if applicable); PWD candidates have to submit a suitability certificate issued by National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSC-DA), Jaipur as per REAP 2026 instruction booklet
15. For EXS candidates: A valid dependent certificate issued by the Zila Sainik Welfare Board, Directorate of Sainik Welfare, or a competent military unit office
16. For KM candidates: A valid certificate issued by the Relief Commissioner for migrants and valid domicile certificate of J&K/Kashmir for Non-migrant Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Family residing in the Kashmir Valley or other valid qualifying document issued by competent authority
17. Two passport-size photographs

IMPORTANT: It is advised to carry scanned copies of above-mentioned documents in mobile/pendrive for uploading on University admission portal during reporting.
