SC/ST - Cell

Responsibilities:-

1. Implementation of various policies and programs launched by the Central Government, MHRD, UGC and State Government for the benefit of SC/ST students.
2. To develop awareness among the SC/ST students, especially from rural areas.
3. Activity engaging in coordinating and solving the problems in matters related to SC/ST students.
4. Announcing details of free coaching programs, start-ups, Government scholarships and fellowships etc. through circulars to SC/ST students from time to time as and when notified by various concerning agencies.
5. Other activities related to SC/ST matters as and when arisen or assigned.
6. The cell will also be responsible to submit proposed for SC/ST cell to UGC as per their guidelines at the earliest.

As per Office Order No. MBMU/Reg/Estt/2022/281 Dated 11.04.2022, SC/ST Cell was
constituted in MBM University, Jodhpur. While superseding the earlier Office Order No.
MBMU/Reg/Estt/2022/281 Dated 11.04.2022, the following will be the members of SC/ST Cell, MBM
University, Jodhpur with immediate effect: -
