The Directorate of Research will work to explore avenues for research funding, to establish regular contact with funding agencies viz. UGC, AICTE, DST, DRDO, CSIR etc. for sponsoring research projects to University teachers, to collaborate with local and outside industries to encourage them to invest in establishing laboratories in order to promote research to address the local problems, Encouraging University teachers to apply for the research grants and promote research, to engage with all stakeholders in the society to participate in research related activities and also execute all related work.
