DEAN'S MESSAGE

I feel honoured and privileged to serve as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of MBM University, Jodhpur. I joined this prestigious institution as a fascinated student 40 years ago, to embark upon my journey of learning, which has now culminated to this position. Each day here has offered me an opportunity to learn and discover new paradigms of knowledge.

This is an educational institution of repute and attracts the brightest of students not only from our own state but also from the entire country. It has a long legacy and has immense contributions in nation building through its students and stakeholders, at all conceivable rungs of the ladder to rise in wonderful careers. The seeds of excellence, dedication and hard work which are sown early to facilitate the learners to dream big and launch their dreams on the road to success.

The teachers of this University are committed to put in all possible efforts for unfailingly providing the required guidance and assistance, imparting necessary technical and soft skills, and by implementing an updated syllabus, embedded with industrial training, seminars, and projects, in fifteen undergraduate programs, leading to enhanced competency and good placements. The multiple postgraduate and doctoral opportunities offered by the all the Departments allows research scholars to get familiarized with the state of art developments, encouraging them to opt for cutting-edge research.

The University supplements academics with opportunities for striving for excellence through creativity and innovation to develop skills in all forms of art, sports, and social work. Many students rise to echelons of fame through their achievements in competitive examinations and events of nation repute, even before graduation. Students are also taught how to handle the problems and failures, to emerge stronger day by day, with faith in their core competencies to make them ready for contributing to social development.
