Notice regarding the advertisement for admission in the special round for vacant seats in the Advance Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling course of the Department of Education
Last date to apply online for admission in the Advance Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling (ADCGC) course hereby extended till 26-08-2025. It is essential to submit a hard copy of their application forms along with proof of application fee and all requisite documents on or before 27 August, 2025 in the Admission Cell of the MBM University, Jodhpur (Raj).
Applications in the online mode are invited on 25 seats in the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), New Delhi recognized one-year Advance Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling (ADCGC), a self-financed scheme (SFS) program in the MBM University, Jodhpur.
Steps for application:
- Fill Application form online on admission.mbmiums.in > Click on ADCGC, B.Tech (Spot Round), B.Plan, MCA, M.E, Ph.D, B.Tech (Lateral Entry)(Spot Round).
- Submit the application form in the admission cell with receipt of application fee payment.
Admission Process:
- Eligibility criteria: Graduation in any discipline.
- To shortlist the students on 25 seats, either a computer or paper pen based MCQ test (of 50 questions of 2 marks each) shall be conducted to judge their knowledge in the subjects of psychology (of 15 questions), sociology (of 15 questions), social work (of 15 questions) and general knowledge (of 5 questions). There will be no negative marking in this test.
- Rajasthan State Government reservation policy shall be followed while preparing the merit and finalizing the list of admitted candidates. According to it, the seat matrix for 25 shall be as follows:

Horizontal reservation of 25%, 5% and 3% shall be allowed for girls, PWD and ex-servicemen respectively.
