Special round for Admission against Vacant seats in Ph.D, P.G. (M.E.) AND ADCGC session (2025-2026) New
Notification Regarding the 2025 Ph.D. Entrance Examination Schedule (New)
Admissions for Post Graduate (Master of Engineering) and Ph.D. Courses are carried out by the University through its internal process. Following steps are involved in the PG and PhD admission process:
- Fill Application Form online on
admission.mbmiums.in > Click on ADCGC, B.Tech (Spot Round), B.Plan, MCA, M.E, Ph.D, B.Tech (Lateral Entry)(Spot Round).
- Submit the application form in respective department.
- Appear in the entrance examination (if applicable).
- Appear in the personal interview (if applicable).
- If selected as per the final merit, fill registration form.

The candidates whose results are awaited are also eligible to apply, provided they submit their Degree completion certificate on or before August 29, 2025 (extended, check link above).
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Last date to fill application form online:
26.08.2025 18.09.2025 (extended, extended again)
- Last date to submit duly filled application form in concerned department: 27.08.2025 (upto 5.00 PM)
- Date of written examination and interview: To be announced for Ph.D.
