Frequently asked questions:

Q1. Is REAP 2026 registration compulsory for Spot Round admission?

No. REAP 2026 Registration is not mandatory for applying in direct/spot round. Candidates who missed REAP 2026 can also apply Online on University website.

Q2. Do we need to submit Direct Round Application Form Offline at University?

No. Only online application has to be submitted on University website. Candidates have to report physically only on Seat Allotment date mentioned above.

Q3. What is the priority order for seat allotment?

Priority 1:  Sports Category A (Max 5% per branch)
Priority 2: JEE Mains 2026 Score
Priority 3: Class XII/Diploma percentage.

In case of tie on a priority level, the next priority level will be used to determine rank.

Q4. Is it compulsory to appear physically at MBM campus?

Yes, candidates must physically report on the seat allotment date. Admission is finalized only after on-spot physical verification of documents and submission of prescribed semester fee.

Q5. Can a parent or guardian report on behalf of the candidate?

No. The candidate's physical presence is mandatory.

Q6. What will be the eligibility criteria for seat allotment in Direct (Spot) Round?

Eligibility criteria will be same as prescribed in the instruction booklet of REAP/RMCAAP/LEEP etc.

Q7. Which documents are required during reporting?

Application Form and Receipt along with original and two photocopy sets of documents given below.

Q8. Is it mandatory to bring all original documents on the date of seat allotment?

Yes, all required original documents should be available at the time of physical document verification. Seat will be allotted only after verification of documents.

Q9. I do not have transfer certificate/migration/character certificate from school?

Since this round offers on-spot admission and these documents are necessary to ensure that candidate has not enrolled in another regular degree programme, seat may not be alotted in absence of these documents.

If a candidate has submitted these documents at some other institute but withdrawn from that institute, a certificate has to be submitted from the concerned institute mentioning:

“[Candidate Name] c/o [Parent Name] was admitted in the degree/programme _______ at our institute/university on __/__/_____ and has withdrawn from the programme on __/__/_____. His/Her original Transfer/Character/Migration Certificate (strike whichever is not applicable) have been submitted during admission and same will be returned to the candidate on or before 22.08.2026:”

at the time of document verification. In absence of such certificate, seat may not be allotted.

Q10. Are hostel facilities available for Spot Round candidates?

Hostel availability is limited for boys and usually gets filled before spot round. For girls, there may be vacant seats left.  Please confirm with Hostel Warden after admission. Vacant seats, if any, are usually notified on University website.

Q11. Are seats allotted on First Come First Serve basis during Direct (Spot) round?

No. Seats are allotted based on merit.  See Q3 above for priority order of allotment.

Q12. Are there any management quota seats?

No. There are no management quota seats at MBM University, Jodhpur. Please beware of fake promises!

Q13. What is the fee? Can we deposit semester fees in instalments?

Fees varies by branch and category. The university fee structure is available on University website at https://www.mbm.ac.in/mbm-fee-structure. No, the complete semester fee (for I semester) must be deposited at the time of seat allotment through Digital Payment (UPI/Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card).

Q14. Is reservation policy applicable during Direct (Spot) round?

Yes. Vacant seats across different categories as per approved Seat Matrix will be allotted to eligible candidates in line with Government of Rajasthan/REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP rules.

List of documents required during document verification:

Bring all original documents listed below with two self-attested photocopy sets. Unavailability or Incomplete documents may lead to non-allotment of seat.

  1. Class 10 (Secondary) Marksheet
  2. Class 12 (Senior Secondary) Marksheet
  3. Class 12 Migration certificate
  4. Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan (mandatory)
  5. Category Certificate - Issued by Government of Rajasthan
    1. OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate should not be older than 1 Year. If older than one year, an undertaking should be submitted as per Rajasthan Government guidelines. Oldest allowed upto three years (with undertaking).
    2. If EWS certificate is not issued for the FY 2026-27, submit an affidavit in the required format. Oldest allowed up to 2024-25 (even with affidavit).
  6. JEE (Mains) / NATA/ NIMCET Exam 2026 Score Card (mandatory)
  7. Medical Fitness Certificate as per REAP-2026 format
  8. Parent Income Certificate in REAP-2026 format (if applicable)
  9. Character certificate and transfer certificate from last attended school
  10. Two passport-size photographs
  11. For Sports Quota eligible candidates: Sports certificate(s) and undertaking (duly notarized) in REAP-2026 format given in instruction booklet.
  12. For PWD candidates: UDID card and suitability certificate issued by National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSC-DA), Jaipur.
  13. For EXS candidates: A valid dependent certificate issued by the Zila Sainik Welfare Board, Directorate of Sainik Welfare, or a competent military unit office.
