Applications are invited from eligible candidates desiring admission in B.Tech./B.Plan. First Year/ Second Year (Lateral Entry) and B.Arch./M.C.A. First Year on vacant seats through Direct Admission (commonly known as Spot Round) according to REAP/RMCAAP/LEEP 2026 instruction booklet and University rules.

Note: Hard copy of the application form need not be submitted upto last date. Please bring two prints of the application form and payment receipt along with two sets of photocopies at the time of physical reporting and seat allotment.

* Dates may be revised as per instructions from REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP 2026. University obeys the date of direct admission round decided by the state-level authority.
I. Candidates does not need to be registered on REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP 2026 portal for applying in direct admissions round.
II. A merit list will be prepared amongst applied candidates and displayed on University website on the day before the seat allotment date as per priority order given in REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP 2026 Instruction Booklet and State Sports Policy. Objections will be invited in the merit list upto 08:00 AM on the seat allotment date. Final merit list will be declared on University website at 09:00 AM on the seat allotment date.
III. Branch-wise and Category-wise vacant seats will be announced on seat allotment date at 09:00 AM on University website through a live link. This formally marks the start of direct admission round.
IV. Applicants will have to remain present at the 85 Seminar Hall with Application, Receipt, Original Documents and 2 sets of photocopies. The attendance will be taken as per following schedule:
MCA Candidates - 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM (Report at Department of CSE)
B.Arch. Candidates - 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM (Report at Department of Architecture & Town Planning)
Lateral Entry Candidates - 09:00 AM – 09:10 AM (Report at 85 Intl. Seminar Hall)
For B.Tech./B.Plan. Candidates (Report at 85 Intl. Seminar Hall):
Merit No. 1 to 100 - 10:00 AM – 10:10 AM
Merit No. 101 to 200 - 11:00 AM – 11:10 AM
Merit No. 201 to 300 - 12:00 Noon – 12:10 PM
Merit No. 301 to 400 - 01:00 PM – 01:10 PM
Merit No. 401 to 500 - 02:00 PM – 02:10 PM
Merit No. 501 to 600 - 03:00 PM – 03:10 PM
Merit No. 601 to 700 - 04:00 PM – 04:10 PM

V. If a candidate is not present during the attendance schedule given above, he/she will be considered as absent and no chance will be given upon appearance at later time. Candidates are advised to try to reach one hour in advance to avoid any last minute delays.
The following original documents of the candidate will be verified to ensure the eligibility of the candidate. Candidates are advised to bring two sets of photocopies at the time of seat allotment:
a. Class 12 marksheet (>45%, >40% for reserved category candidates) (if applicable)
b. Diploma Marksheet and Certificate (if applicable, mandatory for lateral entry to second year)
c. Graduation Marksheet and Certificate (if applicable, mandatory for MCA admission)
d. JEE/NATA/NIMCET Score Card
(Note: >20%ile is must to be considered in JEE priority)
e. Category Certificate (if applicable)
f. Medical Fitness Certificate / Suitability Certificate (for PWD candidates)
g. Sports Certificates (if applicable)
h. Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate from last attended school
i. Migration Certificate from Board/University
j. If TC/CC/Migration have been submitted by the candidate at some other institute, and the candidate has applied for withdrawal from that institute, an extension may be granted upto 10 days to bring these documents (in original) upon submission of certificate from concerned institute in the format given in Appendix – 1 (Click here to download).
Eligibility criteria for direct admission round will same as prescribed in instruction booklet of respective Centralized Admission Process (REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP).
During seat allotment, candidates will be called in the order of merit for document verification and seat reservation. Please note that First Come First Serve (पहले आओ पहले पाओ) is not applicable. Once a seat is reserved by an eligible candidate (by paying the prescribed fee), the seat will be deducted from the available vacant seats. New
If found eligible, the candidate will be asked to pay the First semester fee for the chosen seat on spot through Online payment. MBM University fee structure can be checked here. A candidate will get upto 10 minutes to complete the Online payment failing which the next candidate will be called (unless the delay is due to technical problems). Online payments are accepted through UPI, Cards (Debit/Credit) and Net Banking. It is suggested to ensure that daily transaction limit (for Online/Ecommerce Transactions) on preferred UPI/Card is available upto Rs. 45,000 and the device/instrument to be used for payment is available with candidate during reporting to avoid unnecessary payment failures/delays.
If a candidate does not wish to take any of the available seats but has reported on the allotment desk, a declaration will be asked from the candidate that he/she is not interested in available seats and wishes to withdraw his/her candidature from the direct admission round.
No new candidates (whose name does not appear in the merit list) will be allowed to appear for seat allotment even if all the present candidates are exhausted. If a vacant seat remain, a second direct admission round may be carried out after inviting fresh applications and publishing fresh merit list of participating candidates as per directions from REAP/LEEP/RMCAAP and/or University.
If a candidate has paid semester fee for allotted seat and wishes to withdraw from the seat, the return of submitted documents and refund of fee (if applicable) will be carried out as per Seat Withdrawal guidelines available on the University website. Any request for returning the fee/document instantly during the ongoing direct admission round shall not be entertained.
In cases, when a seat withdrawn by a candidate remains vacant in the ongoing round and no subsequent admission rounds are possible, full fee refund shall not be applicable as per AICTE fee refund policy.
